One Carroter in Search of an Artist is the 151st episode of New Looney Tunes.
Plot[]
Bugs clashes with an off screen computer animator, later revealed to be Daffy Duck.
Characters[]
Character | Voice actor |
---|---|
Bugs Bunny | Jeff Bergman |
Daffy Duck | Dee Bradley Baker |
Notes[]
- It is inspired by "Duck Amuck" and "Rabbit Rampage", and serves as a modern update of both cartoons, this time using a computer tablet as opposed to pencil and paper.
- When Bugs' head gets messed-up with the heads of other Looney Tunes characters, character heads (and voices) of both Foghorn Leghorn, Porky Pig and Sylvester could be seen (and heard).
- Happy Rabbit makes a cameo in this episode as Bugs' "retro" form, which the rabbit dismisses it as "too retro". In addition, the Happy Rabbit sequence appears to be in black-and-white as a homage to it's debut cartoon "Porky's Hare Hunt" which was originally produced in black-and-white.
- Ace Bunny from Loonatics Unleashed makes a cameo in this episode as Bugs' "modern" form. Bugs' remark "Okay, now you're just messing with me!" in this scene is very likely a direct jab at the negative reception Loonatics Unleashed had from both critics, audiences and even Warner Bros. themselves alike for straying away from the original Looney Tunes cartoons it is based on way too much.
- Bugs knocking on the screen numerous times demanding to be let out at the end could possibly be a reference to the ending of "Box Office Bunny" where both Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd who got trapped in a slasher horror flick doing the same action demanding to be let out of the cinema screen.
